(hereinafter referred to as INA) sincerely invites you to visit and witness this international event. 為方便國外觀眾參觀考察，CISMA2023展會主辦方中國縫制機械協(xié)會聯(lián)合專業(yè)團體，開展為國外觀眾辦理邀請函的業(yè)務(wù)工作。邀請函的簽發(fā)將嚴(yán)格按照國家和有關(guān)部門的相關(guān)規(guī)定，請有需要的觀眾和用戶提交相關(guān)證明資料，以保證本次參觀考察的順利進行。 To facilitate the journey of visitors from abroad, China Sewing Machinery Association (CSMA), the organizer of CISMA2023, will process invitation letters for international visitors with the help of our trustworthy partner. To proceed with the application, international travelers are required to submit relevant documents including but not limited to the following as per the applicable laws and regulations enacted by the government and pertinent authorities. 申辦材料清單： List of required documents: 1、邀請函申請人信息匯總表 2、邀請函申請表 3、邀請函申請人背景資料 4、邀請函申請人保證信 5、邀請函申請人護照復(fù)印件 6、申請人現(xiàn)任職公司簡介 7、申請人現(xiàn)任職公司營業(yè)執(zhí)照 所有信息收集齊全、核實無誤之后，請統(tǒng)一打包發(fā)送至ina@ina-ina.com，由衣拿整理完畢后，統(tǒng)一發(fā)送至主辦方。 1. INA will finalized it and send to the organizer. 溫馨提醒： A warm note: 1、相關(guān)資料經(jīng)協(xié)會外事專員及專業(yè)機構(gòu)審核后，如符合要求將出具邀請函，郵費須申請人自理。 2、邀請函辦理周期約兩個星期（自提交申辦材料之日起），確切辦理時長以具體情況為準(zhǔn)。鑒于申辦周期較長，請需要的用戶盡早提供相應(yīng)資料，以免延誤行程。 3、同一家國外企業(yè)僅允許不超過5人申請邀請函。特殊情況下，如需進一步補充材料，將另行通知。 1. All the submitted documents will be reviewed by the secretariat and its partner, no invitation letter will be issued if your documents don’t meet the requirements herein. You will have to bear the shipment fees and relevant duties (if any) on your own if you request the original invitation letter. 2. It will take about two weeks to issue the invitation letter as estimated (counting from the day when we submit your documents to relevant agency). And the period may vary from case to case. Since it’s a time-consuming process, anyone in need of invitation letter shall prepare and submit the above-mentioned documents ASAP. 3. A single foreign company can apply for invitation letters for no more than five employees.
